Job Summary for Supervision Post
As a Supervisor at Pru Shipbuilding, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of new vessels, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will lead site teams, manage progress, and ensure that every stage of the build meets client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills for Supervision Post
- Experience in Shipbuilding Supervision: Proven track record of supervising shipbuilding projects, with expertise in welding, piping, machinery, and outfitting.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficiency and smooth progress on-site.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, safety, and compliance with all industry regulations and project specifications.
